We do not sell customer data. We share information only with trusted processors who enable core functionality, such as telephony carriers, transcription vendors, analytics providers, and Stripe for payments. Each provider is bound by confidentiality obligations aligned with this policy. We may disclose information if required by law or to enforce our Terms of Service.
JobGrid encrypts data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to vetted personnel with MFA enforcement. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the life of your subscription unless you delete them sooner. Backups are rotated on a 35-day schedule. Upon account closure we purge data from active systems within 30 days and backups within 45 days.

JobGrid infrastructure is hosted in U.S. data centers. If you operate in the EU, UK, or other regions with data export controls, you consent to transferring data to the United States for processing. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and conduct transfer impact assessments with our subprocessors.
JobGrid is built for service businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
